cassie and jon tied the knot in october and we are all so happy for them. jon has been a faithful and long-time friend of my husband (who happened to be the best man-sucha proud wife i am). jon saw cassie’s profile through facebook and was taken with her. they have a great story that started with meeting the first time in person while jon was laid up in a hospital bed! they are the sweetest couple and have a wonderful, exciting future ahead of them! congratulations guys!

Ok…so this year I’m trying something new. Since everyone is in the saving mode, this will help everyone get what they want! This turn out will determine whether I do this each season or not. Bring out the fall colors (not necessarily the warm clothes though). I will bring some fall-ish decor (not cheesy) and provide waters!

Fall Mini Sessions
Date: September  18th Time: 4pm-6:30pm
Where: Kate Jackson Park, Tampa (near Hyde Park)
Price: $65 per session

Each session is 15 minutes in length. Included to each client will be the high res. edited/retouched images on disk and rights to images so you may print as many as you like. The park has a great playground, brick walkway area, wrought iron gates, and fountains (so bring a towel and change of clothes for the kids).
Babies, Families, Kids, Couples, Engagements
At least 8 of the 10 slots need to book, so tell a friend and come together!

If you are interested, please email me at abbeysaxton@yahoo.com.

I had the privilege to spend some time with Andrew and Laura last weekend, who came in from Tennessee for a whirl-wind weekend for time with friends and family and to celebrate Andrew’s commissioning as a US Navy Chaplain! Just so happened they were also celebrating their 5th anniversary and some photos together were overdue. Thanks for trusting me with this guys and braving the rain drops and Tampa “crazies”! Here are just a few of my favorites!

my favorite.

so in may, we drove up to navarre beach, fl for karah and michael’s wedding weekend. i had the opportunity and pleasure of being the wedding photographer (which i love to do for family-since i don’t trust family to just anyone). you wanna talk crazy weather?! first it was raining sideways and the next minute it was sunny but the wind would blow you away! thank goodness karah is low key and calm-she just went with the flow of things. i got the impression that as long as she and michael were married by the end of the day, it was success in her book. not only am i am extremely pleased with the pictures, but we all had a great time reconnecting as a family.

it was a shorter day than normal for me in treasure island, but jason and stacy’s ceremony was intimate and passionate as they exchanged their vows with only close friends and family surrounding them.
